Coordinated Entry

The Macomb County CoC utilizes a Coordinated Entry (CE) System for those experiencing homelessness to connect them with housing resources and opportunities. Coordinated Entry is the first step toward accessing housing resources in Macomb County.

Coordinated Entry Access Points are the community's front door for housing assistance programs in Macomb County.

 

The access points provided here and the populations they serve are available to begin the process of linking those experiencing homelessness to housing problem solving, resources and supportive housing programs. All access points utilize the same assessment approach.
