CoC Builds NOFO Information

The Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) program under this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) provides $100,000,000 for competitive grants for the new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation (capital costs) of new permanent supportive housing (PSH) units. Through this NOFO, HUD encourages CoCs to leverage funds provided for capital costs of new PSH units with other funding sources to maximize the amount of housing that can be
directed to meet the needs of homeless individuals and families.

Interested applicants submit letter of interest and description of proposed application to Macomb CoC at coc@macombgov.org by July 8. ​

Interested applicants submit letter of interest and description of proposed application to Macomb CoC at coc@macombgov.org by Friday, May 30, 2025 at 5 p.m. This NOFO replaces the FY 2024 CoC Builds NOFO published July 18, 2024. ​ The Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) program NOFO provides $75,000,000 for competitive grants to target funding for CoC geographic areas to address and reduce the number individuals and families experiencing homelessness by adding new units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) through new construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation (capital costs) through one-time CoC Builds awards under the Continuum of Care Program.
