HUD CoC Builds (2025)
This NOFO replaces the FY 2024 CoC Builds NOFO published July 18, 2024.
The Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) program NOFO provides $75,000,000 for competitive grants to target funding for CoC geographic areas to address and reduce the number individuals and families experiencing homelessness by adding new units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) through new construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation (capital costs) through one-time CoC Builds awards under the Continuum of Care Program.

Interested applicants submit letter of interest and description of proposed application to Macomb CoC at coc@macombgov.org by Friday, May 30 at 5 p.m.
HUD CoC Builds NOFO Competition (2024)
